You retain ownership of your domain and business accounts. Built By Cray receives only the access needed to connect, maintain, and support the website.

Hosting, SSL security, monitoring, backups and version history, technical maintenance, broken-form checks, analytics, and up to 30 minutes of small content changes each month.

Yes. Existing content, photos, pricing, and functionality can be preserved while the design, mobile experience, and customer journey are rebuilt around current goals.

No. A quote or availability request form may be enough. Full booking is recommended when customers need real-time inventory, deposits, contracts, delivery rules, or automated reminders.
